Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tech Web Experts website at techwebexperts.com and our design services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Tech Web Experts provides UX/UI design, web development, and digital strategy services as detailed in individual project proposals. All services are subject to these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate information required for project execution
• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals within agreed timelines
• Designate a single point of contact for project communications
• Make timely payments as specified in the project agreement

3. Fees and Payment

Pricing: All fees are specified in project proposals. Additional work outside the original scope will be billed separately.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

Taxes: Client is responsible for all applicable taxes unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.

4. Intellectual Property

Client Materials: Client retains ownership of all materials provided to Tech Web Experts for use in projects.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, Tech Web Experts transfers all rights to final deliverables to Client, excluding proprietary tools and methodologies.

Portfolio Rights: Tech Web Experts retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the project. This obligation continues for 3 years after project completion.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the information available at project commencement. Tech Web Experts will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but cannot guarantee completion dates due to dependencies on client feedback and third-party factors.

7. Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions after initial delivery. Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. In case of termination:

• Client pays for all work completed up to termination date
• Tech Web Experts will deliver all work-in-progress
• Deposits are non-refundable

9. Limitation of Liability

Tech Web Experts' total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.

11. Changes to Terms

Tech Web Experts may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
